Membership

To join the ADLHA you can come to any event to pay the membership fee or download the Membership Form and post it to us with payment to the address listed on the form.

Please note that subscription renewals are requested at the AGM in November each year. Anyone joining at/after the September meeting pays a reduced fee.

General Data Protection Regulation
It is a condition of membership that you consent to the Association holding your name, address and membership details on a computer database. This is required solely for the purpose of the Society’s administration and will not be passed on to third parties. Members are also asked to consent to receiving email and/or postal correspondence from the Society with details of events and other news announcements relevant to its activities and interests.

Gift Aid

To qualify for Gift Aid, what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount annual membership payment in the current tax year. ADLHA will reclaim basic rate of tax on every £1 you give.

General Data Protection Register 2018 The ADLHA stores your details (name, address, phone number and email address) for our records both in hard copy and on computer for contacting you concerning the Association. Your details do not appear on the ADLHA website nor will they be passed to any third party. Unless you contact a member of the committee to object, we will assume you are content with the ADLHA retaining your details as described.
